We have reached the WTA Finals! The WTA Finals are the season ending championship featuring the year’s top eight singles players and eight doubles teams. Players compete in two groups of four, with the top two from each group advancing to the semifinals.
Group 1:
- Elena Rybakina
- Coco Gauff
- Jessica Pegula
- Linda Noskova
Group 2:
- Aryna Sabalenka
- Mirra Andreeva
- Elina Svitolina
- Karolina Muchova
This year’s venue is the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the same California desert complex that hosts the BNP Paribas Open each March.
Charlotte takes over from 2027 through 2029, moving the event indoors to Spectrum Center, home of the NBA’s Charlotte Hornets. The first edition is scheduled for November 10–14, 2027, with practice courts and fan activities planned at the Charlotte Convention Center. The broader investment includes moving the WTA’s global headquarters to Charlotte and bringing a WTA 500 tournament to the city after 2029, so the plan extends beyond hosting the Finals for three years
